Pastor Lynn Nichols
Senior Pastor
Pastor Lynn Nichols has been our senior pastor since January of 2016. He has been a pastor since 1982. He felt God calling him into ministry at age seven. This call has guided his life. He graduated from Mount Vernon Nazarene University and Ashland Theological Seminary where he received a Masters of Divinity. Pastor Lynn met Penny at Mount Vernon and they married June 1982. Penny works for Hilton Corp. from home. They have four children: daughter Peggy and three sons, Johnathan, Travis and Trevor, who are twins. Peggy is married to Andrew Eden and they are the parents of their first grandchild “Rocket.” They live in Apollo Beach, FL. Johnathan lives in Columbus, Ohio with his wife, Anna. They are the parents of another awesome grandson named “Rowan.” Travis is married to Alex and they live in New York City where Alex is hoping to get on Broadway and Travis attends Law School. Trevor, lives with his parents as he finishes his degree in Architecture and works at an Architecture firm. Pastor Lynn loves riding his motorcycle and bicycle, playing bass in the praise team, and carrying Penny’s camera gear as she searches the Texas countryside for pictures. He is passionate about connecting with people and pointing them to Jesus.
Pastor Rebecca Aleman
Associate Pastor
Rebecca grew up in the DFW area before moving to Lubbock where she met her husband. Rebecca and Charles have been married since 2018. Charles graduated from Texas Tech and works as a Senior Electrical Engineer here in DFW and is going back to school for his Masters from Texas A&M. Rebecca has been a pastor at Northside since January 2021, serving our youth, young adults, & our social connections. Before that they lived and worked in Lubbock and Amarillo. Since moving to DFW we welcomed in our son, Baby Charles & our daughter, Evelyn. The youth at Northside have adopted them as their mascots. Rebecca feels fortunate to be working her dream job while also getting to attend church with her family. Her parents and sister both attend Northside along with her three nieces. We love spending time with family, going to the gym, and watching football together as a family. We love Fort Worth and all of our people at Northside!

Worship Leader
Guy and Olga live in Fort Worth. They have two daughters and two grandchildren. Guy received his Bachelor of Arts degree from UNT in Denton with a major in Music and a minor in Psychology. He has been a Worship Pastor for over 2 decades, and his work as a musician included working with four artists with number 1 hit records. He has a recording studio in their home. Guy enjoys golfing and playing with the grandkids.
Danah Ford
Office & Finance Manager
Danah is our new office manager, but has been a part of Northside since 2006, and has grown up in the Nazarene Church. She is coming to us from the field of education where she has taught elementary school since 2002. She attended Howard Payne University in Brownwood, TX and then transferred to the University of North Texas, where she graduated. She has been married to her husband Gene since January 1998. Together, they have two sons, Christian is a young adult, and Emerson is in highschool. Danah's hobbies include playing games with friends, researching family genealogy, and traveling when she can. Her favorite bible verse is Jeremiah 29:11, For I know the plans I have for you, declares the Lord, plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future.
Mark Lofton
Lay Pastor
Mark grew up in a pastor's home, so he moved around a lot. If you ask him where he is from you'll get: "I was born in Kermit, Texas but lived in New Mexico, Mississippi, Arizona, Arkansas and Tennessee. I got back to Texas as soon as I could!" While living in Tennessee Mark attended Trevecca Nazarene University where he met Sonya. They married in 1989 and moved to the DFW area for Mark's job with American Airlines. Mark felt called to the ministry at 25 years old and has been a minister for 30 years. Mark and Sonya have three adult children: Nic, Bethany and Zac. Mark has a heart for ministering to others, especially seniors. He enjoys their fellowship and is encouraged by all of their wisdom and life-long experiences.
